①Engineered for higher torque retention and close tolerance requirements. Products selection can vary from coating choices, metal types, torque (flange pressure) retention needs,etc.

② Available in both NBR and Flouroelastomer coatings for excellent micro-sealing of flanges.

③ Metal materials can be cold rolled steel or stainless steel, multi-layer steel structure may use tin plated or zinc plated steel as the core.

Areas of application:

Automobiles: transmission, cylinder head facing, high-pressure hydrostatic transmission, hydrostatic pumps, intake and exhaust manifold, water pumps, oil filter, oil cooler, front covers and rear seals.

Products Selection:

General rubber coated metals: coating can be selected from NBR, Flouroelastomer, or high temperature coating.

Multi-layer metal gaskets: Top and bottom layer can be either rubber coated metal or stainless steel, center layer is a tin-plated steel metal.
